1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and registering as a member of Mo Stree, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not register.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to women aged 18 to 80 years
Applicants must be residents of India
Each individual may hold only one active membership
Mobile number and email (if provided) must belong to the applicant
Providing false information is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund
3. Registration Fee & Payment
A one-time registration fee of ₹1,000 is required to activate membership
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
The registration fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed
Failed payments do not activate membership — you must retry payment
Mo Stree is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or network
4. Member ID Card & Certificates
A digital ID card and certificates are issued after admin approval
Admin approval is at the sole discretion of Mo Stree management
ID cards and certificates are for personal use only and are non-transferable
Misuse of official documents may result in membership cancellation
Mo Stree reserves the right to revoke document access at any time
5. Government Scheme Assistance
Mo Stree assists members in accessing government schemes such as Subhadra Yojana. However:
Mo Stree is not a government body and cannot guarantee scheme approvals
Scheme eligibility is determined solely by the concerned government department
Mo Stree acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for rejection of applications
Government schemes may be modified or discontinued at any time
6. Prohibited Activities
Members must not:
Register on behalf of another person without their consent
Use member credentials to access another person's account
Attempt to forge, duplicate, or misuse official Mo Stree documents
Provide false or misleading information during registration
Use the Mo Stree platform for commercial solicitation or spam
7. Termination of Membership
Mo Stree reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, with or without notice, if:
False information was provided during registration
Any prohibited activity is detected
Documents are misused or shared with unauthorized parties
Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate termination
Terminated memberships are not eligible for fee refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mo Stree shall not be liable for:
Rejection of government scheme applications
Changes or discontinuation of government schemes
Payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways
Data loss due to technical failures beyond our control
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from membership
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
10. Changes to Terms
Mo Stree reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
